Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Permit Fox LLC (“Permit Fox,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Permit Fox website and service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Permit Fox compiles public building-permit records, scores them for sales relevance, and delivers them to you as leads and email digests. Coverage is limited to the markets we currently support and may change over time. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
• We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable prior notice.

• Use the service and its data only for your own lawful sales and outreach activities.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or provide the raw lead data to third parties as a competing dataset.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt or access the service without authorization.
• Comply with all laws that apply to your outreach, including telemarketing, email, and do-not-contact rules.

Permit data originates from public government sources and third-party providers. Permit Fox scores and organizes this data but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Scores are estimates to help you prioritize, not guarantees of an opportunity. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.

We own the Permit Fox software, scoring, and compiled dataset presentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain ownership of information you submit.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Permit Fox LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect on the updated effective date, and continued use of the service after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
